Strouts told me this story about you and i figured he was telling a tall tale. I always figured his stories about you were lies....but he also told me that you slept all day and he fed and cleaned pens and did your chores too....maybe he does tell the truth every now and then.
She's winning! I'm gonna be going to court within a month. I've done the divorce crap plenty of times and won, don't like to lose so need some advice from you guys who have been to court over this crap before. Just need to know what to expect, what to bring to the table, etc. Any ideas on how I can legally make her life miserable would also be greatly appreciated.

You could set up cameras and record what your dogs do all day for a couple days, might be boring but worthwhile to prove they are not barking all day and you might get her dumb ass trespassing as well.
There is a small voice recorder that records for 10 hrs at a time, and it cost about $30.00 at Walmart. Set it up and turn it on everyday when you leave, you'll know if you have a problem.
If you find out that your dog isn't excessive, yet they still complain to the authorities, let the authorities hear the recorder with time line. Then if it's not enough you'll need a video to dis prove credibility of the complaintants in court.
I used all this and had success, but had new neighbors move in and started all over again, so finally i used the same technique as coastrangecathunting, shot a junk dog and not a peep from them.
Did a little PR with my surrounding neighbors, walked door-to-door to all of them and introduced myself. About 75% of them got her anonymous letter and the majority thought she was chicken shit! Got to know my neighbors and have coffee and BS. Think I cut her throat just confronting all of them and explaining the situation and discrediting her rediculous letter. Out of 9 neighbors one was an ass and an animal/people hater. Everyone else liked that I came to them and let them know who I was and who she was and what I was doing about it. I have some trail cameras up now but the neighbors minding her P's and Q's cause she saw me walking around talking to folks. Really thinking of peacocks! Mmeeeiiiiiiiii! That shit drives me nutts tho! I know my dog shits gonna be dumped a lot closer to her deck along my fence line tho.
I just finished my 4th trip to court over nuisance dog barking and animal cruelty charges. I have 50 neighbors and just 1 psyco card carrying peta member that has been after me for years once he learned I had hounds. He was the only one who has ever complained but the judge didn't care that I had written statements from other neighbors that said it wasn't even my dogs doing the barking. The judge was friends with the peta people I found out later because she was an former county council member.
Long story short= I won and all charges were dropped. I filmed hours of movies of the neighbors dogs barking like hell and when this asshole sent the cops to my house I would bring them inside my house and show him that all my hounds were in crates inside the house and they were sent to my house just because this person hates me. The deputies were happy to testify on my behalf. I demanded a jury trial to get the judge with bias out of the picture a little. They hate the thought of a jury trial so that was a big part of dropping charges. The animal control officer was a joke. He wrote us 4 tickets for dogs barking even though he never heard them bark himself, and admitted hearing other dogs barking but still wrote me the tickets instead of the other dog owners. We were charged with animal cruelty because the peta guy said we were shocking the dogs because he would hear them bark then squeal. They wear no bark collars all the time, but what are you supposed to do. They bark and you get nuisance dog tickets and shock them and you get animal cruelty charges. This world is seriously fuc!ed up and it is going to be a war from now on if we don't live in the middle of the wilderness. I also threatened to file a civil suit against the county for harassment and several more illegal things I knew they had done. They decided to find a new target and leave me alone.
