Odd that you bring this up....Interesting to see if a signature drive is necessary for the liberal agenda....Seems like all that is ever required is a rub on the magic liberal Genie bottle....Maybe ODFW got the hint?

Mike ,to get a measure on the ballot they have to collect a percentage of the voter who voted in the last election. That's usually not hard to do but some don't make it.They also have a time fframe they have to do it in .It can also be referred to the ballot by the legislature .

There you go!.......That is my point. Liberals control both the House (34-26)and Senate (16-14)and Oregon's Governor Kitzhaber is a liberal Democrat. Just like the end results of H.B 3395 VS. 2390A.
The Government agent hunting bill 2390A passes the Senate without a single no vote while our hound legislation 3395 never made it to the floor for a vote.....Democrats watch our master in D.C. and his abuse of executive power and
Its called control, and they have total control of all of us.

I don't mind getting off topic. The more things that are talked about the more i learn. I was kinda hoping Dale T would weigh in as a representative of the CHC He is very informative.

Thanks Clint
F&W has no relocation program and we are being told that it is due to the liability, at one time if they trapped a problem bear they would ID it with blood samples and ear tags then relocate it, if it then if it did damage the state was then on the hook for damages being as they responsible for that bear being in that area.
