Hi, I was just wondering if anyone had ever heard of the use of boric acid as eye drops for the removal of cataracts and if so if they knew the right mix for the solution?
Thanks,

Boron is in Boric Acid, I believe?
It is a heavy metal and can be toxic, I think?
Do a google search, boric acid-cataract.
I found this link. I don't know a thing about the company or the product.

We had a little Black and Tan female that ran a stick in her eye. You could see a small hole on the surface next to the pupil. We washed it with human eyewash and then watched the eye start to turn blue in a few days as if she was going to go blind in the eye.
At the recommendation of a friend my husband started putting Terramyacin eye ointment in her eye several times a day. She recovered and the eye was fine.
You can buy this product at any good feed store or through Jeffers in the eye care section. It comes in a small tube in a small white, blue and yellow box.
Whether it would work in your situation, I don't know.
Good Luck!
