Funny you should ask that question, a few hours ago we have just did an update on our website with a few new features, One of them was making it so that I can include some of the exact things that will help your questions and give you all the tools you will need for the Product.

Hello to you all from Sweden.

I'm probably doing something wrong, but I can't find a way to download the dog tracks from the dc50 collar like I could from the dc20-dc40 collars.
Is there a way to do that?

You plug the DC50 into the computer and the tracks go directly to Basecamp.
