snack
I just had me a snack while I was checking out the nightly gosip and world cures and thought i might as well share my resipe. First get a package of your favorite wild game meat out and get er defrosted then, pound each steak out paper thin with meat hammer, then cut them into strips [ about 3/4 to 1 inch wide 5 inches or so long] then flop them in flower put into your favorite fry pan with ample amount of your favorite cooking oil. Next season with all your favorite's[ I just do salt, pepper, and garlic salt] cook till golden brown and slightly crunchy. Lay them out on a paper towel to cool[ not to long] crack open your favorite cold drink and dig in. I like to just pick em up with my fingers and eat em like candy. I have done this with deer, elk, bear, and lion its all good try it you will love it. Oh by the way you probably better get more than one package of meat out because the wife and kids / grandkids just ate almost all of the first package ha ha. Try it let me know if you like it.

well i might have been exagerating a little on the paper thin. I cut my steaks fairly thin to begin with anyway then pound a few times on each side to tender it up a bit. try it
