South Texas/ Hillcountry coon hunting

Postby AMarkham » Mon Nov 11, 2013 9:08 pm

Does any one coon hunt in or around Medina County? I would really like to find someone that does and wouldn't mind me tagging along with them occasionally. I haven't been out with my dogs since July and it's getting me down. Im thinking about getting rid of them if I cant find some place to hunt soon. If anyone hunts within a reasonable drive of Medina County, please message me on here or give me a call at 512-788-4641. I'll explain my situation and maybe we can go hunting. Thanks, Alexander Markham

There is a fellow by the name of Rick Stewart who lives near Devine that hunts. He is a good fellow and hunts with my nephew from time to time. The biggest obstacle now is that deer season is in full swing and makes it difficult to get on many places.
Adios,

I'm getting a pup here in a few weeks. I'm gonna start working with him and am looking for older dogs to run him with when he gets a little older. I'm in center point, just outside bandera
