Dog tracks on Alpha not staying

I have my unit set or 2 hrs, but the tracks are gone after 15-20 minutes. This did not happen the first 3 times I used it, just yesterday.I did an update 2 weeks ago and everything else works fine.

Start new hunt

Go into set up,scroll down to RESET and open it, their will be a clear current track, clear it. Those two things should cure your problem

Yep..

The first three things I do before dogs leave the truck is turn collars on, Start new hunt and clear truck and dog track and then go to dogs and reset and go buttons...

I was having this problem. Instead of going to the 2 hr. I went to off. now it leaves the tracks on the screen all day
