I just got a notice from the south Dakota game and fish about buying lion permits and in it, it stated where dogs are allowed.
When did this become a fact ?
They where talking about custer area.
75 permits will be issued and fifty females must be taken.
Anybody have more info on this as to facts ?
I thought one could only use dogs in SD to find a wounded cat !
Maybe I missed the memo on this important news.
Thank You for any info--Tim Hebb

There are four sets of dates when dogs may be used to hunt lions in Custer State Park.
