Another bobcat

Post by Alabama Cathunter »

Well a blind hog can find a acorn every now and again. I went 12-13-14 jumped a cat ran him for one hr. The dogs caught him. Had 7 trained dogs and 3, 8 month old pups. man what a race.I have posted before that I run mostly fox because that is what I have the most of, but guys there is not nothing like a cat race. Those young dogs got in their first cat race and man they did great. I train in my 40 acre grey fox pen then try and put them on cats. Well needless to say to catch 2 in one week is great. The cat pulled lots of tricks but they kept prizing him till they ran the cat in the thick then he would try and build a lead but then he ran out of a bottle neck woods and he had no where to go but out in a 40 acre weed field that was head high and he squat ed. Well when you got those dogs combing the field looking for him sooner or later they will step on him and the race is back on. I saw the cat slip down the side of the water way going back to the thicket but it didn't do him any good they zeroed in on him and 10 min later he was caught. Good hunting Robert.

Flip make a account on www.YouTube.com. and make it a private, by unlisiting your videos. That way no one can see it without you giving the link out. The rest you'll have to wok on yourself.
