So today about 1 o'clock my sin goes to feed dogs he quickly comes running back saying shorty is dead she is covered In blood I quickly run out to see after a closer look I notice a small hole about the size of a 22 in the side of her head so I call the cops and a vet just to verify that it's actually a bullet hole well just so happens a week a ago another of my best dogs my boy found the same way except this dog was still al I ve barely I was at work that night I asked them if it could of been shot and both my sons didn't think so but they said there was a hole bigger than the one in the dog today but looking back I believe that both dogs were shot I have several neighbors but only one that would be close enough to even pull this off so the cop goes over to question this kid who is living there with his high school girlfriend he himself in his twenties meets the cop before he even gets to the door the cop questions him and he just says that his dog (pitbull) was attacked a week ago by 2 dogs one black and one brown dog which neither of my dogs were the cop asks if he shot my dogs he says no that he wouldn't do that the cop told me his gut feeling was that this kid done it he was very nervous when the question came up it pissed me off that a piece of lowlife crap would do this these dogs never went into anyone's yard bothered anyone novel mean and some lowlife decides he or she can just shoot my dogs shitty thing is there's no proof I believe he done the cop believes he done it he should pray to the gods that the cops get to him before I do if its proven because I'm not sure I can refrain from beating him senseless before the cops show up what a piece of €#! $ just had to vent!!!

Sorry to hear that. I would consider putting in a video system if you think it might deter more damage being done and hopefully catch them in the act if something does happen. I noticed you posted for a started dog the other day. Hopefully you'll find what your looking for

Sorry to hear that. I know I would be livid for sure. Hopefully the cops do their job on this one. I would possibly sue him because the burden of proof is less in a civil case and you might have a better chance of getting something for your loss. unfortunately he is probably a lowlife with nothing so a civil case might not help to compensate u fairly.

Thanks guys this kid is total scum in my eyes all I can say is the if they prove it the cops better find him before I do I kind of let myself get behind the 8 ball on dogs the last year is the reason I was looking for a started dog I run all of Jeff Allens stuff so fortunately I did find one but this kid just put me even farther behind it I've already moved all my other dogs off my property so this kid won't get me again but this kid won't last here he's dating a high school girl so he won't last around here!!!

My hounds are very important to me, if this would happen to me I would go to great lengths to bring the guilty party to some kind of justice. 99% of the general public should be on your side. If it were my dogs I would make posters and put an add in the local paper stating that I will give a $10,000.00 reward for information on the successful prosecution of whoever shot my dogs in my yard. Even offering a couple hundred dollar reward and posters on bulletin boards would get the word out and your neighbors outraged that they have a dog killer residing in the neighbor hood.

As a matter of fact I did do that yesterday I thought it was a good idea to and yes I have had a lot of support over this I'm just hoping someone does actually talk I will not rest those dogs deserved better than this bs and I will do everything to make this person or persons pay!!!!!!!!

First of all I'm sorry to hear of your losses and that you are in this terrible situation.

oddly enough I watched the local Tulsa, ok news channel the other night, and they aired a story of a woman and child whose pit bull had escaped her yard and was shot by the neighbor. The owners of the pit claim this was the first time it had ever escaped, had the dog for around 6 years with no incidents, blah blah blah. Point is, all the neighbors and the local community have taken it upon themselves to erect full sheet plywood signs around the residence of the shooter stating things like " dog killer lives here!" " dog killer, get out" etc, etc. As the saying goes " we don't take kindly to!"

this will end up a big deal around here, I hope you find some resolve with your methods. Best of luck. Again sorry to hear, and congrats on keeping your composure and not earning any time behind bars! Even though it's may be justified.

sorry about your dogs. If you do get to pay a reward you can then take the dog killer to small claims court and get your reward money back from them. That would allow you to post a higher reward. I know it would take a while but the higher the reward the better chance of someone coming forward. Hope you get them.
