Thoroughly clean the paws. Polysporin on them then wrap the feet. For extra protection toss some dog boots on. Change the bandages once or twice a day. A couple days of rest will help too.
Just what i do.

I know people soak their feet in Epsom salt. We have a lot of rock here in western NC and as we soak our feet after a long day of walking it does wonders for the dogs feet!!! We use two short pots with warm water as dog can stand, put front feet in 1 back feet in other. The dogs love it they will stand in it as long as we allow. After soaking apply some type of mediated powders. Repeat daily or we do 2x's a day as needed. Our dogs love it as we have limited #'s of dogs and we have to do this to take care of their feet to get 2 or 3 days of hunting a week. I've found if it works for you it'll work for you dogs! Hope this helps

I would look at the cause of the problem too. Keeping dogs on concrete and in small kennels has a lot to do with why some dogs have foot problems.
