Running hounds definitely have a different temperament about them. You learn to appreciate it if you give em a chance in my opinion. I do anyhow.

I find that they are lots easier to train then even the crossbreds. The Trigg/Running Walker Cross fit in this column. But when crossed with Treeing Walker or Bluetick then those require more effort.
Anyone that hunts with them for anytime will appreciate the ease they are to train and they do not seem to have lapses of memory.

I also like that fact that at home you don't even know you own them.
