Transferring track to computer?

would like to transfer a track log from my 320 to my computer. How is this done?

Anyone know!

At top of basecamp screen click devises then receive from.
That should do it.

The astro 320 is like a USB device. if you haven't saved the track on your Garmin then you can do like was said before and transfer the track in. if you have saved the track on your Garmin then you will have to open the Astro folder on your computer once your Garmin is plugged in go to the Garmin folder then go to the folder titled GPX open the file for the track that you want to see on the computer. Basecamp or MapSource will work for this.
