I love my Schnees packs. Definitely recommend them. Mostly because they are comfortable to hike in and a great quality boot.

Check out Hoffman Boots on the web. Great boot. I have the 16 " guide boot. Not sure about uninsulated.

I have a pair of red wing Irish setter snake boots I love them . water proof very light and tough. They are taller than 16 and I have big calves . I use them lion hunting they are not insulated so I bought them half size bigger and extra wide and I wear a really heavy wool sock and my feet stay nice and warm . also with them being so tall I don't have to wear gators.

Well iv been hunting in my new schnees for the last month. Took a couple hunts to get the broke in but so far so good. Sure nice down on the river and after the dews dropped. Not near as hot as i figured they would be.
