F&W Commission To Hear Garmin Use in Ca

I have heard that the game commission will be voting in August as to whether to allow GPS in Ca that would go into immediate effect for us. I also heard CHC is the primary force to bring this issue of working dog discrimination to the commission's attention and that this is the main premise of our argument. Can anyone validate this or elaborate on what may be coming up?

I have not seen anything official, but I was told the commission decided to allow limited use of GPS tracking. Apparently, we can now use GPS on our dogs, but not during the months that make up harvest season for coon, fox, etc...That would leave it legal to use from April to Mid November, I believe.
