Cannot add same collars to two handhelds! Please help!

We have 2 handheld gps units, an Alpha 100 and an Astro 320. We add a TT15 collar and T5 collar to the Alpha 100 without problems. When one of the collars gets added to the Astro 320, it automatically loses reception from the Alpha 100. Same thing happens vica versa. Please help. Garmin is closed for the holiday and weekend. Found nothing in user manual or online. We cannot have the same collars on both handhelds at the same time.

They use a different com system between the 2 handhelds so the collar can only work with either the alpha or the Astro not both at the same time
