Redneck Dog Walker

I came up with this for exercising my dogs in the off season. This is my Dad taking the dogs for a hot lap. Probably nothing you haven't seen before but it works for me and Yellow River Houndsman made one after he saw mine. Should make for an interesting opening day. Dogs will be in better shape than previous years as they get ran a couple of miles at a time. 3-4 times a week.

I was going to do the same thing with a 10' piece of conduit. Is that what you used?

I just used some pipe i had laying around and welded some 1/2 nuts on it and bungy cords and snaps with swivels. I also, in true "REDNECK" form used bungy cords to attach it to the wheeler for fast removal.

i did same thing on back of a 3 wheeler --- hit a hot track -- one dog got away -- i jumped off trying to grab that dog --duh - dont do that - lol :) :) :)

4 dogs dragged 3 wheeler over bank and rolled it a few times ---lol

other than that ,worked great - using bicycle lately - 3-4 at a time-

its just risky enuff to be fun and no gas used -lol

I use the same set up. I have a 2 x 4 with 6 chains on it. I have also used 4 leashes 2 on each side strapped to the wheeler. I run them around a big 10 acre field. Luckily there are no bear in the area.
