Gps collars legal in CA now?

I keep hearing rumors that it's going to be legal to use gps trackers for our dogs, anyone know about this?

Yes. It has already passed thru and just has a final hearing in February, maybe April, I do believe, which would mean as of the new Regs on July 1st it will be legal.

This state has me so pissed I don't even buy a hunting license here anymore, just fed up with the whole mess.

So it looks like the regs were amended for 265 and the GPS, and treeing switch regulations were removed making it legal to use GPS now I am assuming. Unless I am missing it which is always possible. Here is a link to the new regs https://nrm.dfg.ca.gov/FileHandler.ashx ... 146&inline
