Thanks the guy I got her from hunts his hounds on bobcats and when I looked at the pups all of them were running around like bats outta hell but she just walked around sniffing everyone and then sat by my feet

I'm wondering tho how many hounds would I need to tree a bobcat cause I know I'm not going to have too much success with just one but could I have two and have good chances or do I need 3-4 hounds

You will be fine with just one especially if you are talking about adding other pups in with the one you have now. Get the one you have now catching and then worry about adding more.

Thanks mark I will and has anyone heard about the bill their trying to pass in Oregon that'll make it so individual counties can vote on hunting bear and cougars with hounds

Good looking pup. Congratulations...I'm with Mark, all you need is one dog to tree bobcats. Better to spend the time on one good prospect vs. adding a detractor to the mix...

As for the cougar legislation? It died last year in the work session called "committee". OUSDA has a State convention, April 23 in Canby Oregon. Good organization to join and support that fights for our hound hunting rights.
