Does anyone know what may be wrong...

Hello to every body, I had a quick question about a pup I have, she is going on 9 Weeks old and I have notice a hard lump under her chin towards the back of her tongue and was wondering if anyone has ever seen anything like this before?
I was feeding them yesterday and noticed a lump under her throat like it was a bunch of loose skin but when I felt it it was very hard and so I have been watching her and today she is like limpping on her front right paw, got me kinda worried.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

at first it sounds like an allergic reaction to something such as milk replacer or something else ingested. however due to the worsening of symptoms take the pup to a vet and get it checked its better to get it now than later.

Sorry I didn`t see the post till oday it may defently be too late, but hard lumps are abbsesses and on a puppy thats bad/ sorry .
