ZEUS MEATLOAF RECIPE
Well Thank You.
Did not know that so many read my scribbling.
I guess the proper thing to do is make the first post here
dedicated to the person who started me in this direction.
Thank You Zeus for starting the Tree.
Here is your meatloaf recipe.
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1 1/2 pds lean ground beef
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 small onion
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
3/4 cup finley crushed saltine cracker crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 5x9 inch loaf pan.
Press the brown sugar in the bottom of the prepared loaf pan and spread
the ketchup over the sugar.
In a mixing bowl, mix thoroughly all remaining ingredients and shape into
a loaf. Place on top of the ketchup.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until juices are clear
Description:
"The Best Meatloaf - ever!"
You all take care and enjoy!

Love the reciepe!!!
I altered it a bit though. Instead of the ketchup, use the 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce. I actually use more like a full cup, but that is just me
I also add about 3 peppercini's to it also.

We have two threads going about the same thing.
I guess this is the place to post em.
I have a backup of almost everything I posted here before.
Let me know what you want.
I will post it if I have it.

Good Stuff!
Jerry,
I always look at your recipies. You should have a home remedy section of your own also!! Actually, you should write a book containing both topics. That would make for some great retirement $$. I'll bet you could get Cabela's or Gander Mountain to pick it up. Just a thought, no sense letting all of those great ideas trickle out one at a time. I'd buy it for sure!!

Re: ZEUS MEATLOAF RECIPE
I’d like to make this tonight but the actual recipe is not showing up in the post. Can anyone help me out?
