She still amazes me

A while back there was a post on here about the best bear hunters.My brother listed my wife,and last night she reminded me why she deserved to be on that list.We got a call from the game dept to run a bear that has been tearing into some houses.I was kinda dreading it cause it is some steep ugly country with little access.So anyway she goes up there at 6:00 pm(by herself and five dogs) and heads a bear exactly where I was dreading.She comes home(at 5:30 this morning) with some pictures of the culprits,A sow and cub.I asked her wasn't it nasty in there and she says,"You just got keep going,they'll have him caught somewhere in there."Besides her uncanny bear knowledge,she tough as nails too.She walks around on inch and a half heel spurs on both heels.A lesser "man" would quit,I look at those x-rays and wonder how she does it.Really,I know what it is,and that is the love of the dogs and bear hunting.

i wish my wife would do that. instead, she pisses and moans about how long i am gone. probably a familiar sound to many. :roll:

That is awesome for sure... I generally go.. and once it is over and done with in those nasty spots.. It is good.. But I have been known to bitch and complain on the hike out

Nothing wrong with a good women enjoying the things that there man enjoy :wink:

Makes for a better relationship in the long run in my opinion.....my first wife hated my hounds, hence she lives 2000 miles away :lol:

Kinda glad Bobbi lives in washington otherwise I would have to get up at midnight to find a track :evil:

lol spanky you nailed that one, She is one of the tougheist hardeist hunters i have ever hunted with, we will all be ready top turn around and she just keeps on going. good job sister
