paying my regards to a good little bear dog
saturday one of my hunting partners lost his best dog to a bear and sunday he lost a young dog due to the rock cliffs. this is his second year of hunting with dogs and i just wanted to pay my regards to him and the two he lost annie was a darn good little bear dog allways there and getttin i hunted with this dog before he ever owned her so it hit me a little to find this out and for the young dog she was just starting to come on when this happened.

Me too . . . .
I too want to pay respect to Ernie and the great dogs he lost. Anne was a great tree dog, and one I kick myself for not buying way back when. If anyone goes to the Washington hound council website you will see she was a great Tree Dog as well as what she did in the field. I too hunted with Anne before Ernie owned her and learned she was a great strike dog as well.
