Any Wyoming Hunters?

Post by Ken Grant »

My family and I are moving to Wyoming at the beginning of August.

Are there any Wyoming hunters on here?

We are moving to Wheatland. Is there any coonhunting in the area?

Thanks,
Ken

Wheatland is a great area to get out. If you can get into some private ground you should get some great coon hunting. Lion hunting to the west should be enough to keep you busy as well.

There is excellent coon hunting around Wheatland and the surrounding areas. The plains areas in the eastern half of the state from north to south offer excellent coon hunting. Try to get on good with a local rancher and see if you can hunt his corn and hay fields. :):)

Thanks for the information. Hopefully there will be a few hunters and ranchers in the church where I am going.
