Hi, I'm French and live in France.
I'm 21 years old and I hunt wild boar with my French Hound in the region of Jura.

That is a fine looking hound! I am enquiring about some Harriers here in Ireland. I have Redbones back in Wyoming. :D

It's not a Harriers (like Hare) but a Ariegeois (like the region of France : Ariege) :D

Yes, I know. :D I was just saying what kind of hounds here in Ireland I am interested in. :wink: Not much into the Foxhounds. Prefer the Harriers as they are more for foot hunting than horseback.

Yes, Foxhounds are too fast for me and they don't have a good nose ( a cold nose).
I have a beagle-harriers (French crossing) too, it hunt good.

:D Bienvenue. J'habite en Californie...au nord. Je parle un peu la belle langue de la France. Il n'y a pas l'oportunité de parler beaucoup votre langue ici en Californie dans ces montagnes au nord de l'état. Aussi je parle espagnol. Je suis né au Nouveux Mexique des parents espagnols. Je suis en Califonie depuis 1954. Je chasse l'ours la plupart du temps. Mes chiens sont "American Leopard Curs". Je suis allé en France trois fois seulment...'59, '62 et '66. C'est un plaisir de faire votre connaissance. :D
