Post by TNBearhunter »

I live in tn and was thinking about hunting in nc some this year, and was wondering if anyone knew the price of a non resident license.

245.00 before tax, but they got them 500-600lb coastal bear down there. I am looking about getting on a lease on the coast. 15,000 acres 650.00 per yr. But thats alot of money for 1 bear.

Yeah that's a LOT of money for just 1 bear but, MAN they sure have some huge bear over there. I wish I could find something like that and have acouple guys from around here get on it too so we could split the fuel bill. Anyways, I think you have to buy the game lands stamp as well if you plan on hunting them and I believe it's around 15 $.

the mountains & the coastal swamps, everything in between is closed. both can be rough hunting. w/ the "drought" you might be able to move faster in the coastal areas than normal but even that will be nasty.

TN guy check the regs, prices are different for TN, VA and one other state.

the price went down since they got rid of "wild boar" as a game species.
