Great Guacamole

This is my simple recipe for great guacamole!

Ingredients
4 ripe Hass avocados, halved and pitted
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 diced roma tomatoes
1 large jalapeño chile finely minced
1/2 teaspoon or more to taste Tobasco Sauce
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt

Directions
Spoon avocado flesh into a medium bowl. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of the lemon juice. Using a large fork, mash avocados just until chunky.
Stir in remaining ingredients until combined. Cover and refrigerate hours before serving.
(Tip) to keep guacamole from turning brown longer put 1 avacado seed in the center of bowl before refrigerating. Remove seed and stir well before serving.
