Ya I wrote a letter to WDFW and asked for whole names who got draw. I recived a letter of full list 68 names. I believe this permittee doesnt own any dogs! Thats a B.S. Maybe very few of them. not all. I forget to tell ya, I didnt apply in 04,05 because I thought I must own a dogs to be trainned tracking, baying, treeing before you can apply. Now I wasted two years getting my dogs ready in 06,07, and 08 and never selected! I lost two points for not applying in 04,05... If I could applied all thur would added up 5 point would get better chance. oh well.. I learned something my lesson!

I know of two- One in Ferry Okanogan, and one in Klickitat. One person had 3 points the other had 6.
