Eagle Pack Dog Food

Post by Travis Stirek »

I have been watching some things on sled dogs and noticed that quite a few of the top mushers are sporting sponsorships from Eagle Pack.Anyone ever tried it?Went to their website and found it kind of interesting. The endurance of the sled dogs has always fascinated me.And I am always looking for something better.

I finally got tired of feeding my dogs junk about three years ago and switched to Eagle Pack products. It costs more money but I think Eagle Pack is a great company.Eagle Pack has there own rendering plant so they are able to provide a very high quality product.I used to feed Eagle Pack Power and Maintenance but I found that I liked their cheaper line(Prism) just as well.

I use to feed the prism food as well, I really liked it till my dealer quit carrying it, I even liked the smell of it, kind of had a sweet smell to it. Where are you getting your prism at true blue and what are you paying for it.

well I broke down and bought two sacks of Power.Kinda intimidating paying $53 a bag(home delivery anywhere in the western states), but after talking to several people about it,it may actually be cheaper and better for the dogs in the long run.I'll keep ya posted

Travis..... Go to their web-site and look under the frequent feeder program. They will give you $5.00 off per bag, if you buy 10 or more. Let us know how it works out....might be able to feed them steak cheaper!
