thanks, mike.
thanks, mike.

rewards
yah if any one needs to give a reward to get their dog back thats pretty bad if your on this site and you have his dog and you need a reward before you give it back you just quit calling yourself a houndsman im 16 years old and i know that much
ill keep the guns, ammunition, tobacco, and alcahol, and you keep the change......
Bearkiller,
No such luck yet but ive been going back to the spot where i had dumped all the dogs off at, to see if the little guy is sitting there waiting, but havnt seen any signs of him yet, im heading back down there tomorrow to give it one last shot, so hopefully ill find him, it sure is hard lossing a dog, and he was my first too.

Bearkiller,
this is just my first year so i just about finished getting all the hunting gear to together to start my own pack, but his tracking collar was the last thing i needed, so i just ran him with out it, which was a huge mistake on my part, but hes always stuck with the older dogs, so i have never worried about it. but he does have a tag on him with my name and two numbers.

The mistake would be leaving him at home. I hunted without collars for 2 years. more then likely you'll get your dog back. I've waited as long as a month but I ALWAYS have gotten them back. Work your drainages. Check the local animal shelters. I had one, with a collar on, hauled 50 miles to the "local" animal shelter. This was pre cell phone so I drove 3 hours home to a message from the animal shelter to drive 3 hours back the next day. By 50 miles I mean 50 miles from where I was hunting 150 miles from my house. that same year I had one hauled from the same spot, 4 hours to Seattle. then the lady had the gall to tell me I had to go get the dog that night because she had him in her apartment. Do you have anyone around to help look?
I FOUND MY DOG!!!!!
A old buddy of mine that i havnt seen for months that works for the forestry found, about 7 miles down the road at a camp site, the same camp site that i have been to probably about a 100 times by now looking for the little guy.
My buddy told me that when he found him (my dog), that he didnt even move he was so worn out, he had to pick him up and put him in the truck. but hes pretty beat up, his whole body is swollen. but i gave him water with gatterade in it and 4 cups of food to eat since lastnight.
But i wana thank everybody for helping that kept their ear out or spreaded the word and took time out of their day to make a phone call, to help me find my dog, its hugely appreciated.
THANK YOU ALL,
Mike bency.
