outdoor channel

Post by wablkandtan »

why is it that you seldon catch a hound hunting episode on the outdoor channel. have seen a few with lions and coons. nor do you see to many predator episodes. i wonder why that is. you would think that hound huntin episodes would be a good way to inform more people about the sport. This in turn would help us out when we need more backbone when the states want to take it away.

I agree, I would watch the show every single time it aired. I've only seen a hand full of shows using dogs to hunt game. I've seen a show called "The Science of Dogs" or something of that nature on an educational channel. It showed currs bred for Hog Hunting and things. That's the best I've seen so far!

They just had a lion hunt the other day on Tom Miranda's show. I believe it was in Utah with Scott Swenson. I bet producing hound hunting shows are much more difficult than most other types of hunting shows, especially if it's done at night. They wouldn't appeal to a mass audience either.
