hi
i wouldnt hunt your female in heat unless it is with just females or cut males. u have a female in heat and have males in tacked u will have a fight at a tree. i have heard from guys i have hunted with that have seen dogs get in a fight over a female and then a bear come down and finish the fight or they dont now that the game has come out of the tree.
i chain my females up unless i want a liter then i pud themin with the male i want her to hock up with. if i have more then on male together in a kennel i pull one out and pud themon a chain away from my female.

i have hunted females in heat --with females--- -
first and last part of heat cycle- --- its pretty risky-
you never know when u could run into another male dog-
normal females dont breed till 11 days after first blood --
--- normal cycle from first blood till dont attract dogs is 21 days--
normally 4-5 days when they will let a male breed- -
i try them-with a male - if they hold tail to the side- i dont hunt them -anywhere-- i dont even want them in my dog box when they are standing-/flagging -
taking a chance if you do any of this-
no such thing as a normal female
do not hunt female with two males anywhere near their heat-
-best way to start a dog fight i can think of
sposed to be 21 days--- it can be ten or 40 -
21 is just average -

some dogs go in every 6 mo, some ayear but these are averages and you can have variations in time from dog to dog.
