I'm new to the site and I'm a bear hunter in northwest WI. I run Plotts and have mostly grade dogs. I've also done a little hog hunting with these same hounds down south. Always interested in talking to any hound hunters.

Welcome, what part of wisconsin? How was your bear season last year?

I'm from Tony Wi, about an hour north of Eau Claire. Bear season was okay treed a lot of tough running bear and filled all 4 tags in kill season. Killed 3 on the ground and 1 in the tree. Nick

im from the clear lake area. I have a pack of walkers. I lost a good female this year to prior bear injuries. i have a white cloud male. And just bought a meyers bred female from down south. and i have a three year old female thats doing good. Im looking foward to running my pups this year they should be good ones
