Thin coat
I have a walker, who is very healthy but has a very thin coat. So thin on his underside that you can see skin. Past winters he has put on an ok winter coat but not as thick as my other hounds. I've hesitated running him much for fear of hypothermia or frostbite. I feed Purina dog chow and add vitamin supplements. Is there anything else I can give him? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
