Howdy from Central Oregon
Howdy there, new to the hound scene. I am starting out with a 1 1/2 yr old walker cross and just wanting to learn more and help carry on the sport.
Re: Howdy from Central Oregon
howdy and glad to see another person starting out. ive got a walker cross and couple walkers that run with my plotts. those white dogs are pretty damn good. what do ya plan on hunting over there? if ya have any questions dont hesitate to ask. every one has there own opinions but as long they work its all good.

Re: Howdy from Central Oregon
After reading a bit in these forums it looks like a this point it would be good to get him with some older dogs and get him on some game. He don't mind a domestic race. Has been a damn quick learner so far. If ya know of anybody in the area (central oregon) that is willing to let him gain a bit of experience that would be much appreciated.

i dont know anybody in oregon that runs dogs but ya should be able to find someone to run with. if you can get him with an older dog or two it would be good but dont absolutly have to but its easier. hope ya have good luck and if ya ever get over to n idaho let me know. always looking for someone to hunt with.
