Training bear hounds?

When training bear hounds I hear a lot of you say using a good broke dog is the best way. I use this method on my beagles and coonhounds but only for short time then I hunt them solo or with dogs of the same caliber. My question is do you guys keep hunting your pups with the broke dogs the whole time or do you start to take only the young pups once they know what to go after? Thanks for any advice.

i take the young hound and put him up on the box with the older hound,and i will start a track with both of them together.
