Yes, it is happening. "Technically" the Japanese did try to invade the US @ the Aluetian Islands, but Alaska wasn't a state yet, don't know if that counts. Don't want to argue, but I have posted a couple articles on here about Obama's policies, I will get a few more that are particularly un-nerving.
