RADIO QUESTION

With my new truck radio I am having a little problem, short distance is good, but long distance everyone else can here me plain as day, but when they talk back I am only getting static.

Anyone have an ideas?

Make sure your antenna is grounded good,especially if it's a magnetic mount,those can be a bitch.
