heres a good idea

Post by deer dogger »

heres my dogbox for my golfcart/atv i use a air conditioning unit that has all the internals all out and it works good because it has a door on it for a/c work and the vents are good for keeping your dogs cool in the hot days and draining water from where you hose it out i put a black plastic mild crate on top its about 2.6 feet by 1.6 feet and i put a small metal tool box for ammo/knives/zipties/food/ect i think its a good idea
hunt dog or dont hunt at all

I am thinking about making a riding box for my dog for my Polaris sportsman. I want it secure and light weight. i have a few ideas spinning around in my head.
the latest is to buy an aluminum diamondplate truck tool box they can be had for about $50 (some less) in my area. (i want to make 2 box's one for each ATV). I can remove the top and make a box from each end, giving me 2 x 3 sided box's with a bottom that I can bolt one onto my back rack on each. a rubber matt on the floor and a strap and I think this might be a solution.
I am stil in the thinking stage and very open to suggestions and/or comments.

Where are you from Bob? I have a tool box that might work.
