Chase season finally here!!

Guys our chase season finally came in and boy has it been fun!! We had two good races yesterday. The first track the dogs had to work for, but we had to pull them off because it kept crossing a main road with two much traffic. The second one was nice the dogs trailed out and jump after a short race, treed him and nice 200 pounder. I will get pictures up as soon as I figure out how to pull them from the camcorder.

This morning was even better, we caught two. First one we treed at the edge of a swamp, small bear about 125 pounds. I didn’t get pictures because there was a camp there and we probably woke them up. So it was a snatch and go deal. The second one gave us a run for our money we walked him for about an hour before he decided to take a limb up. A smaller bear about 100 pounds. I will try to attach some picture. Man am I glad to be able to turn those dogs lose!!!!

We have been very lucky so far, lets see if we can finish out the week this productive! As soon as I can figure out how to pull pictures off ths camcorder I will post more pics.

We got lucky and caught another one today. Sky, my young female started it and took it out. We put some dogs to her and they took it out and made a big loop, then out of hearing. We had to drive around to the other side of the mountain and they were treed. Of course in the steepest roughest place posible.
