Field trials In Battle Mountain Nv.

Field trials in Battle mountain Nv. on sept 11-13,2009. They do a bench show on friday, lion sent drags on saturday and coyote sent drags on sunday. The awards, payouts, and dinner is sunday following the coyote drags. Please call 775-722-3587 or 775-340-2879 for more info.
I have gone to these the last 2 years and have had a BLAST!!

Also we are going to have a Nevada houndsmen meeting after the lion drags on saturday evening. Hope to see you all there.

Hey, well I can't make it out there but was just curious what kind of bench show? Is it the Masters of Foxhounds that run it or is it just for fun? Anyway hope you get a good turn out, one day we'll make it out there but mine don't like drags anyway Will send you a membership here soon, I just keep forgetting

Hey Liz, I'm not sure.I think they were sponsored by akc last year but im not sure.Cathrine from blu pine hunt club is the gal running it. She has all the answers at the numbers I gave. See ya, Paul

I talked with her a week or so ago, It's not a sanctioned event, but there will be a good judge there and a dog will not be able to enter if not a hound or a cross of two hounds, its just for fun and to see who has good looking, working dogs I think there is trophy's for it too. I just moved to stagecoach NV and I no I'm gonna head up there, it sounds like its gonna be a blast. And I just want to meet more folks up there in NV.

Well I'm ready, I've got a designated driver ,a room, and a mean a** kid to slap somebody around if need be. See ya there. Hopefully Sister can teach her nephews what its about, she is the defending champ you know.
