stupid ghetto people

My bluetick got out of the yard the other day (still can not find out how he did but he did) and was hanging out in the road in front of my house when this jacka$$'s pitbulls stormed out of the house and got a hold of my dog. I was not home when this happened but all the neighbors where and said that is what happened. My dog only got bit up on his front legs and I took him to the vet in the morning and it seems like he will do fine but when I was asking the neighbors after getting back from the vet I got two different stories , first my dog was loose and their attacked mine and it has not been the first time this has happened, second my dog was loose on monday and then thursday (Thurdsday night is when this happened), and the same thing their dogs attacked mine but my wife was home all day everyday except thursday.
So after further investigation it turns out this has happened several times before and the guy is a cage fighter who seems to have bullied a lot of the neighbors, and his brother in law is one of the animal control officers, well anyways no one before me has the guts to take this to court and my wife was totally on the band wagon of those who are tired of his crap to take his rear to court, seems he has met his match. The fight was unprovoked and if the dogs that much of a loose cannon they could have gotten a hold of my kids of the neighborhood kids.

he told me "I am a cagefighter", which I guess he was trying to intimidate me, but my response was good "you can win some money to pay me back". I hate bullies and when someone tries to intimidate me it just increases my drive.

guy sounds like a real piece of work. Seems like everybody is a cage fighter these days Gotta love how everybody needs a harmless loving pit to get out of their yard and harrass th entire neighborhood. I'd leave some prestone out for that worthless mutt. I hate pits!

Thats a bad deal however, I think a judge will find you both 50% liable since both dogs were running loose. At least you will get half the cost back which he should owe you for. Have you asked him for half yet without going to court?

Sounds like your neighbor and my neighbor my be brothers. I call him the American Bad Ass. I tried to get him to sign up for the ufc and what do you think he did. Nothing he just has small man syndrome. Hope his dog never comes in my yard or its going to meet my skatter gun. Good luck
