A man is not very smart that can,t find his wife 2 jobs.
And any wife should be able to support her man and a pack of hounds.

Never shock your dog off bad game

Lost

Post by Hipshooter »

Lost a good dog last week.
Older dog never been lost in her life.
Was running cat in river bottom in remote, big cayons
no houses or people with in ten miles.
She did not come up out of the river bottom with the other dogs
when the race was over.
We think she got snake bit & got sick & layed down, but we can,t find her.
Big old rattlers in that country.
U usally can find them by watching the buzzards circle but no luck there either.
She should be in dog heaven by now running cats.

Sorry for your loss...

There is still a chance she is alive so keep checking back there for atleast another week. I have had other peoples dogs lost in the mtns above our house that finaly came out, some where lost over 2 weeks. Longest one was almost a month and he didn't look in too bad a condition, guy said he was only 10lbs under weight, musta been fat before he got lost

Good luck hope you atleast find a body if she is realy dead.

We always wonder where those dogs have been or wonder were they are. I got into cat hunting years ago because I found a guys dog stuck on a bluff that had been gone eight days. One reason why I run my hounds with 16,000 hr. Johnson collars and keep them maintained. A chance we take... good luck.
