Tracker repair service

Post by papa »

I sent my Tracker Maxima unit in for repairs 4 weeks ago. I called today to check on the status, and was told to expect another 1-2 weeks. Apparently they have one repair tech. for all of North America. Does anyone else work on those things?
when in doubt turn em out

Yeah, especially now that they're back in Tennessee.

SportDog (based in TN) has taken over North America distributing and sales (June 2009)so that is why they are located in TN now.

Tracker Radio in Idaho is now Tracker Security (http://www.trackersecurity.com/) and no longer handling any radio hunting products and puts everyone in contact with the New Sport Dog Tracker Radio division for radio hunting products.

I am sure once the transfer process has transcended 100%, it'll get better in support since SportDog is new in handling and dealing with Tracker products.
