Howdy from central Idaho!!

Hey there fellow houndsmen!! I am from Grangeville Idaho.I have been a hunting guide for the last 5 1/2 years.It is the funnest thing I have ever done.Instead of paying to go hunting and working at a real job,I get to hunt every single day and get paid to do it.It has enabled me to make some good hounds because i get to hunt them allot more than if i was only doin it on weekends.It has enabled me to hunt some places that i would never have been able to afford to go and would have never thought of going.I get to hunt bear with dogs a little bit,but cats is my all time favorite hands down. I am like a little kid waiting for santa clause when season starts gettin close.When the snow starts flyin,I get butterflies in my tummy so bad that i usually get sick,then load the mutts ,then go hunting.I have 3 dogs now and thats about perfect.I have my two main dogs that are my A team.The male is a redbone i picked up out of a free add in a Utah paper when I was guiding down in Nevada and he is great on cats.He has worked out tracks down south that i didnt think were able to be worked out.My other A teamer is a red and white female named Holly that i have had for about 3 years or so.I got her from the first outfitter I worked for and she is a great little dog.She minds real well and she rarely loses a track.She is honest and a hard hunting dog.The other 1 is my B team and is about 1 1/2 years old.she is a little black and tan female out of a smokin little cat dog i used to hunt with.She is comin on strong and she hunts very hard.I think she is gonna do very well cause she really acts like she wants it.All in all,I have a pretty darn good life doin what i love to do and gettin paid for it.I really would'nt have it any other way.Anyways,thats me in a nutshell :lol
