2nd week of wv bear season!!

is anybody puttin any up on the second week and if so, are you walkin and free castin laurel thickets, no snow to cut any tracks..I haven't had much luck this year, not a whole lot of movement in clay..

Our group hunted all week and found 2 tracks, one Tuesday and one today killed the one Tuesday 180lbs male. and the one today shot at it but missed ran him for 3 or 4 hours and he went and crossed the river on us and caught the dogs at the waters edge. Was going to put back on him but it was 1:30 or so and a big snow storm is going to hit tonight and tomorrow 12-18 inches plus and didn't want to have to leave any dogs out in it. We've killed 4 out of 7 we've ran, all males 282, 198, 180 and 165. If we get all the snow their calling for I'd say our season is done.

yeah, if we get a whole lot, were goin to give it a shot in the morning...1-2 inches would be great though, find some fresh tracks...
