where do you guys get your pills for your dogs and the name of them and how much do you give the dog when it gets cut? thanks for any help

When my dogs got tore up by a porcupine i got a bottle of cephalexin (500MG pills) which is a substitute for keflex.
Shorty about 25 pounds = one pill twice a day
crocket 40 pounds = one pill three times a day
ticks 55 pounds = two pills twice a day
vet said it should be around 30 bucks for 100 pills well i chose to get it at a local bi-mart cause the vet was out of town. big mistake cost me 84 dollars. never get my prescription there again.
