Looking for ideas for making coon feeders. Also, what is the best feed? Thanks

A bunch of ways to do it. I would suggest building a platform for any of them bout waist high. You can either take a 5 gallon bucket with a screw on lid and punch a hole with a hole saw and rivet in a pvc spout. Secondly if your feeding alot of coons get a 55 gallon drum and put multiple spouts around the bottom. I would suggest cheap dog food or deer corn with any kind of coon potion( trust me good stuff )

Mice and rats will clean you out pronto if they can get in it.
The bucket with holes in it off the ground is best, holes need to be high enough that the rodents cant climb in.
Make sure there is a good rain cap on it too or the bait will go all soggy.
