Because of me haveing a training coon in a cage that was better taken care of then some peoples own dogs. I know it wasnt right, but come on. Theres worse things I could have done to cost this much damage and what I mean by that is, my wife works as a court clerk. This wasnt her deal but the game warden decided to make this case personal and called my wifes boss. Not only did he lie to her, his whole report is full of lies. One instance he said my wife threatend him, my wife is 5'0 this guy is 6'0 with a gun, duh. My wife lost her job, now where I live theres no jobs. So it looks as though we are going to loose our house along with the vehicles, along with our dogs. So if the person that ratted me out is reading this hope your happy, because you just took away my kids Christmas and if your man enough give me a call I will meet you one on one anytime anywhere. Sorry for venting Buddyw, if you have to delete this, I will understand. Not looking for a handout, just a name.
Have you been convicted of this crime in a court of law?
I see you and your wife having a case against the state and your wife's employer. We are still innocent in this country until proven guilty.
Go hire a lawyer.

Im his wife, i lost my job because of the lies that were told that i threatened him and so forth and working for the courts they said that i misused my position. we have hired an attorney and are fighting this to the very very end. Its really too bad that certain government agencies have nothing better to do then to harass the common man who is trying to do nothing more than to build memories with their families.
As for emily we have one daughter who is 15 and is trying really hard to be a trooper with our christmas being affected. thanks for asking.
thanks for the positive thoughts from you all.

Re: Going to loose it all, because of a rat
Well I have had first hand experience with this very subject. I do Nusiance trapping. Got a call way back in 2001, lady had a mother coon killed, hit by a car, and she had four babies in her garage. I went out and trapped them. Now by regulation I had two options, kill right away or release them right away. They were way too small to take care of themselves so I had a hairbrained idea to raise them until they were big enough to fend for themselves, knowing full well they more then likely would never make it on their own since they would never have been taught how to forage properly, but at the time I rationalized with myself little chance was better then no chance. I built them a 4X4X8 foot pen with no door, chainlink, attached their food pan on the outside. I got them to about 15 pounds a piece. Never used my dogs on them as the dogs I had at the time were way past needing caged coons. I was a week away from turning them loose out by Twin Lakes, south of Hwy 2. No homes or farms in the area. Neighbor turned me in. $2000 fine, took the coons off and shot them. Now I was completely in the wrong, I accepted the fact I was wrong and was going to have to pay for it, understandable. I was a little shocked at the inital fine. Then I got a court date and the charges read Taking Endangered Species, WHOA!!! I went tot he court house to visit with the PA. Charges didn't matter, Oh yes sir they do and trust me on this coons are not Endangered!!!
Ok, the charges are amended to Taking Protected Species. SOB they are NOT PROTECTED!!!
Finally court date comes and it has been amended again, Keeping Wildlife in Captivity. I spoke with a lawyer before hand and since I'd never even had a parking ticket he suggested I ask for a CFD, Continuation For Dismissal. The PA "reluctantly" agreed, 2 years probahtion with a $250 court fee. Part of the agreement though was ANY trouble with the law and the CFD would be vacated and the original charges would be presented again and I would have to agree NOT to argue the so called facts of the case. I agreed. I was alittle bit suprised at his reluctance for the CFD UNTIL I got a copy of the Fish and Game Officer's report. It was so chocked full of BS and Lies I was blown away. I worte a 2 page letter tot he Department and they sent out a Sgt, but they were just blowing smoke up my rear end. I had been a houndsmen caught with coons, pretty much anything out of my mouth was a lie as far as they were concerned.

When they have problem animal they need ran, you are the best thing since sliced bread, any other time they treat you like the Taliban! A fish cop pulled in behind a buddy the other day while he was stopped at a store to check him out, had his dog's in the back of his pickup, all said and done the fish cop told him he could probably get him a chance to run some coyotes they are having trouble with, he told him he couldn't do that, it was now illegal in Wash. I don't care if I was the last hounds-man in the state I will never run for them again!!!!!!!!!!!! Later
Re: Going to loose it all, because of a rat
the problem in WA is all houndsmen fight with each other which makes the F&G job easier, and most can not be trusted. We do ourselves more harm than good
Re: Going to loose it all, because of a rat
This appears to be a bad deal and I certainly can feel for those who have been victims of "badge heavy" law agents which show up in all branches of law inforcement. There are good cops and there are bad cops. I say this simply to express my past experience with all men, and it also applies to those in law inforcement. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Treat all men with respect and MOST will treat you the same way. There are exceptions to every rule, but 90% of the time, it will prove true. I can only recall having to show my licience once in the last 10 years, and he had just transfered into the area. Fish cops have helped dig me out, pointed me toward areas where I would find game, ect. Sherrifs have tagged along on hunts, and threatened to give me a ticket if I didn't get my busted windshield fixed before our next hunting trip ect. I also have never had one ask me to "rat" on anyone. I just treat them like I want to be treated, and they have treated me the same to date.
Also a man is know by the company he keeps, AND the company he doesn't keep. Hunt with know poachers and questional characters, and you put yourself in the same light with law officers. Trust is build through guarding ones reputation carefully.
This case appears to me to be a rat that saw the oppurtunity to even an old score, or grudge, and used the law to do it for him.
