Looks like I saw some of Ike's dogs in there and maybe some of Van Johnsons as well.Every dog in that video except one that is not even in a hunting setting,looks happy and healthy to me.

someone needs to take that woman hunting and then ask her again if its a lazy way of hunting. some people live in a small world and refuse to see whats really going on and just believe what mommy and daddy have told them.

I have to laugh at the fat girl at the biginning of the video saying it's hunting for the lazy hunter! I betcha she'd she a few pounds and change her thinking going out on a "lazy' hunt with any of us....I'm in good shape and I dang near puke a lung everytime I'm out!

the scary thing is their site is so user friendly and competently put together along with the understanding and use of psychology to twist and use things to their advantage and the occasional accident or quirk that they catch on film. How many hunting vids do they have to scour through to get the one with hounds catching a bear cub on the ground? A big thank you to the dumb ass who filmed that and then was stupid enough to post it. As anyone who's ever gotten in a debate with their wife knows using facts to argue with emotions is a long uphill fight. The very fact that they can step in lie till they're blue in the face and with out fear is bad. Its not only the hound community they target. Any activity involving animals is their target, including the ownership of "pets". This aspect they don't target as clearly as the others as they receive large portions of their donations from city pet owners. This use of one "animal segment" against the other is the basis of their success. If every human who is involved in animals would calmly look at the facts of how other segments use animals before donating to the hsus it would stop the bull. However with the majority of citizens second or third generation removed from the farm,they base their opinions on the "facts" they are spoon fed by mass media.

Is anybody on here a lawyer? Or can you get cheap advise? We need to rally up here. A good bit of what they got is Ikes footage. Not sure about the rest. We need to rally around and help Ike as much as possible. That video is BS piled on top of BS. Ike you should do your best to sue or get your footage removed from their use. I think its ashame really. Some of their footage is from the fox hound breeders kennels across the pond. The rest helps their cause the most, like the little bear.

They really need to get their facts straight cause i know that our dogs are not skinny ever not even during hunting season they are fit. And when they said that the dogs don't receive proper vet care well thats a bunch of BS because i know that most hound owners love their dogs like kids and we had a dog almost die and we got it to the vet immediatly. I know that it is the law here that you can only use up to 6 dogs to chase anything and even if you are allowed to use 40 dogs most people probably don't. And as for doing the work for the hunters that is definetly a bunch of BS because i know how much work it is to get to those dogs and going through swamps, and more than half the time the animals jump the tree and you have to walk even more to get to them. So it is not the "lazy mans" way of hunting as far as i'm concerned it is one of the harder ways i know of. Most people when the animal is in the tree can figure out whether it is female and not kill it. And i know that our dogs are very cared for and we even go out and play with them and take them and exersise them during the winter so they aren't left alone and uncared for for months at a time. We always make sure that the dogs have fresh food and water every night and they recieve plenty of food and water every time. And as for the dogs being left in the woods they are not, because i remember searching for 2 of our dogs as late as 10:00 and we wouldn't have stopped looking for them because they are like family. And if the dog doesn't hunt you just simply give the dog away to someone who is looking for like a family dog or something. Most dogs are not treated bad they are treated very good and have very happy lives doing what they love to do with their owner. And i agree that you should really do something about them using your videos because they are not theirs which means they do not have the right to take them and use them.

Go to the HSUS site, get their e-mail, and start sending them e-mails, thats what I do. Don't get too nasty, just counter their lies with fact, I check out theirs and PETA,s site all the time, to see what their up to. I ask them why they have to use lies, opinion's and prey on ignorant people's sympathy just to get donations.

Wow Ike, I cant believe they used 75% of your footage on that video! And all of your dogs are super healthy and doing nothing illegal, you never once hit your dogs and I know you dont have to! The dogs that they showed that were all skinny and sick looking were at the humane society because just like any other breed of dog someone didnt want them. Pretty crazy that they go to that level! Pretty sure you could win a lawsuit with that one Ike! Haha all the dogs that were hunted, or were hunting on the video were all either in good shape or overweight! I know my 2 overweight hounds are from a shelter and are both healthy, go to the vet when they need to, are up to date on their shots and both fixed! My other 2 pups are inside dogs since they were pups, they are now 10 months old. But again I feel sorry for ya Ike, too bad something like that has to happen to give houndsmen a bad name.

Haha I couldnt believe how much of it was yours, the only bad footage on there was the whip and that wasnt your footage. The ones of the dogs working a track was yours, "oh my god! Those dogs are sniffing the ground! Call the cops!", seriously whats wrong with those people. We should all get together and make a video of the Humane Society and hopefully get a law passed to ban them for hunting hound hunters! They're more extreme when it comes to stuff like this then we are.

Yeah, I spoke to a guy on the phone from Iowa last night who has bought my videos and he pointed me to this link on UKC. I'll have to admit that I was somewhat set back to see that little video clip. I have people looking into my options and will pursue them after I get the advice from legal mind. That footage came off both my DVD videos, and they are both clearly marked and copyright protected.

Ya the guy thats was whipping his dogs His truck looked like 30 years old. Im sure that was some old footage. Houndsman dont whipp there dogs anymore. We have more humane ways like tri tronics
